Submitting a DMCA Notice

If you believe content on MadMods4U infringes your copyright, please email a notice to dmca@madmods4u.com with the following:

1) Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.

2) Identification of the material you claim is infringing (URL to the specific page).

3) Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).

4) A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.

5) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

6) Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may send a counter-notification to dmca@madmods4u.com that includes:

1) Identification of the removed material and its prior location (URL).

2) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

3) Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the courts in your area.

4) Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to disable or terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers when appropriate.
